My Pets
Well, unfortunately our Rottweiler of 12+ years, Thai, had to be put to sleep last summer. Darn near broke our hearts; this lovable and great dog grew up with my kids and was the best pet and family member one could ask for. We still have our "girls", the two birds that love to drive us crazy! Dixie (cockatoo) and Skye (blue and gold Macaw) are great and we really enjoy them. ;-)

l as much as we'd like but I have to admit that it's nice to have a bit of peace and (sometimes) quiet in the house.
My Job
Job update: I got hired in May, 2003 to work for DePuy Spine (a Johnson & Johnson company) as a Design Engineer. My main responsibilities include designing and analyzing spinal implants and instruments. One of my goals for next year is to attend spine surgeries in an effort to better understand how surgeons use our products. In Oct. 2005 I got a promotion to Design Engineer II.
